Cancellation Policy

When scheduling an appointment, that time is especially set aside for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice. The appointment will be rescheduled for the next available time. You may also request to move a face-to-face session to a telehealth session.

If you do not attend your appointment within 15 minutes of its start time, it will be deemed a ‘no-show’. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to attend (‘no-show’), you will be charged the full amount for the appointment. This cancellation fee is not covered by Medicare and will be payable before your next appointment.

This Cancellation Policy will be explored in the initial session and in the Client Agreement.
